Microsoft launched it’s Slack competitor software Microsoft Teams this week. So what exactly is Teams and which Office365 license do you need to get the new tool.
Teams is a messaging and collaboration app designed to start moving people out of inboxes and into a collaborative chat interface.
Mobile interaction, bots and addons are a big part of the new launch with loads more developments on the roadmap. Integrations from SAP, Trello and many SaaS providers are all planned developments.
Microsoft have announced that over 50,000 organisations and 85 million active users are already using the new product including Three UK, Sage, Deloitte and Expedia.
