Auger are a national drainage and water mains specialist working for insurance companies across the UK. They have served the insurance industry since 1994. They provide essential investigation and repairs to emergencies for sewerage and water for the public.
Auger had recently begun experiencing several issues with their legacy platform. They decided to transform the technology and solutions they utilise to run their business to address ongoing problems and issues within their infrastructure.
We presented Auger with an overview showing the full stack of capabilities within Microsoft 365. This included an overview of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Flow, and the security that is included within Security and Compliance, Azure AD, and Intune. We provided a workshop with Auger and then were then able to migrate their business from a legacy Exchange 2013 environment. We deployed numerous things to improve their infrastructure including,
This project dramatically changed the way Auger are able to work. Microsoft Teams removed the requirement of internal emails, and the deployment of SharePoint enabled the organisation to engage with employees more effectively and provided them the ability to work remotely. Improved security measures meant a simplified starter and leaver process and prevented the loss of all sensitive data. Auger’s future projects will be much more efficient with manual forms being replaced by Power Apps, Power Automate, and Forms.
