Copilot Workshop
3-4 Weeks
Following this we conduct a paid for comprehensive workshop with our Microsoft Copilot specialist team to deep dive into your business process to understand the requirements in further detail.
Fixed Price Proposal
1 Week
Following on from the workshop we will produce a report of our findings. This report will not only contain recommendations for a Copilot Studio solution but our fixed price cost to build it, along with any licenses that would be required.
Build and Testing
3-4 Weeks
Once the project is agreed you will be introduced to our project management team. They will confirm the pre-requisites we need from you and schedule regular progress review meetings. This will also include a period at the end for testing and alterations.
Training and Adoption
1 Week
When the Copilot Studio solution has been tested and signed off for production use we will book in bespoke training sessions. We can tailor the training to your specific solution and technical knowledge of your team.
