Completed Level 3 IT Hardware and Infrastructure apprenticeship in 2014 and has subsequently achieved several Microsoft qualifications. Has experience working in several internal and MSP roles across the UK and Western Europe. Interests include Star Wars, Star Trek, and Lego.
Steve Glasspool
Head of Product
Steve has been working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for over 9 years. He has completed several Microsoft qualifications including ISO 900, and has a Business Analysis (BA) qualification. Interests include spending time with family, good food, and the theatre.

Jay graduated from University in 2006 with a Degree in Computer Science and obtained an MSc in Software Engineering in 2017. He has been working in Software Development for 14+ years. Interests include spending time with family and friends, board games, and tasty food.

Josh previously worked for 2.5 years in an IT Support capacity. He has also completed a postgraduate diploma in Cyber Security and has completed several exams for Microsoft’s industry-recognised certifications. Interests include playing the piano, and keeping healthy by hillwalking.

10 Years experience in the IT Industry. Technologies include M365, Power Platform and SharePoint. Apart from spending time with his family and daughters, his interests include watching and playing in a range of sports but predominately football (Wolverhampton Wanderers).

Scott graduated from the University of Leeds with a MSc in Mathematics. He has recently achieved his PL-900 Microsoft qualification and is working towards his next one. His interests include watching films, running, and playing PC games with friends.

Daniel graduated from the University of Hull with an MEng in Computer Science, and has recently received his PL-900 qualification. His interests include reading, watching Rugby League, and playing a variety of computer and tabletop games.
