We’ve completed the workshop with you, and now we’re ready to write up our findings!
We will create a detailed report of our findings that include what was discussed in the workshop, and the scope of the project and services that you will require. This will take us a week to create and will contain:
In addition to the above points, we will provide you with a list of our recommendations within the report. This will include the options that are available in order to achieve these. Our typical recommendations will include the following:
Once we have provided you with our recommendations, we will then discuss the next steps with you in order to implement these changes.
Once you have had some time to read through the report we have provided, and discussed with your team, we will set up a meeting with you. During this meeting we will go through the report together. We will discuss each recommendation and any concerns or questions that you may have about these.
We will then discuss with you which recommendations you would like to action from the list that we have provided, and create a plan of who you would like to action which points. The actionable recommendations that we have agreed on can be entirely completed by Valto, or we can share the workload with you. This will depend on what skillset you have and what support you need.
Once we have agreed on what recommendations to action, and who will be actioning them, we will then discuss timelines with you. We will determine which of the recommendations are priorities to ensure they are actioned first. We will then provide you with a purchase order form to go ahead with all of the agreed actions.
