How do I video conference in Microsoft Teams?

There are several ways to make video calls within Microsoft Teams. You can start a call directly from within a chat, and then invite other participants as needed to create conference rooms. For a call with all the members of a particular channel (used to organise teams or project work), navigate to the correct channel and press the Meet Now button. You can also create a Teams meeting event and send it directly to invitees’ calendars.

How many people can join a Teams meeting?

Within Microsoft Teams, you can hold calls or conferences with up to 250 participants, in 1080p quality. The 250 limit is in place regardless of device.

Which is better, Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, most people have some experience with video conferencing now, and many will have used Zoom, Teams or a combination of the two.
