The simple way to optimise experiences for your employees through Microsoft Teams. Personalise the content your team sees and combine elements such as your SharePoint intranet and Teams feed for a seamless work experience.

Microsoft Viva Learning

With the tools included in Viva, you can help employees learn from tailored and useful resources. An easy central location for suggested content libraries, training tools and more. Courses can be individually curated – for example a set for manager and leader employees, and another for specialists.

What is Microsoft Viva?

Microsoft Viva is an employee experience platform. It works with other Microsoft tools such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to provide training, learning, company resources and insights in an all-in-one portal.

What is Microsoft Viva for?

Microsoft Viva is designed to help companies improve employee engagement, education and wellbeing. Within Microsoft Teams, you can customise elements such as Viva Connections to create portals, feeds and conversations to keep your employees informed. Connect with company resources and external lessons from other learning management systems such as LinkedIn Learning to provide a better work experience.

Is Microsoft Viva free?

Some elements of the Microsoft Viva suite are included in certain Microsoft 365 packages. For example, if you currently hold E3, E5 or SharePoint licences, Viva Connections will be provided for free, with Viva Learning and Viva Insights partially included. These elements are upgradable for a cost. For the full Microsoft Viva Suite experience, the annual subscription is currently priced at £6.80 per user (per month), and includes Connections, Learning, Insights and the additional Viva Topics. How to get Microsoft Viva

To install the whole Microsoft Viva Suite, you have to get each module (Insights, Learning, Connections and Topics) individually. The admin of your company’s Microsoft account will need to set up Viva. Then head to the admin portal and navigate to the Viva section. Head to the bottom of the page and select the module you want to get. Click ‘go to setup’ or ‘get started’ and follow the steps. Or head to the Microsoft 365 admin centre, go to Setup and Microsoft Viva, and follow the steps as above.
