How does Adobe Sign Dynamics work?
Microsoft Dynamics services from Valto will help you get the best of the Adobe signature platform. To obtain a digital signature, the user only needs to select the report that needs to be delivered to the customer and then click “Send for Signature” in Microsoft Dynamics 365. After creating the agreement record, the user can choose one or more recipients for the document. Contacts, users, or email addresses can all be recipients.
Users can also choose whether to copy the recipient so that they only receive a signed copy after the signing procedure is completed, or to deliver the document to the destination for signing. After you’ve created a list of recipients, click “Send Agreement” to send the form to the client for signature. When you click “send,” the recipient will receive an email asking them to sign a form that includes the name of the agreement, any message you want to include, and your company’s logo.
After clicking the link in the email, the customer will be prompted to fill out the necessary fields in the document, including a PO number, before signing it. There are a few requirements before you can use Adobe Sign with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM version 8.2 or higher, as well as an enterprise-level trial account or a licensed enterprise-level account for Adobe Sign. Check that the administrator installing Dynamics CRM has the same email address as the administrator of the Adobe Sign account.
