Overview

Make better decisions with connected business data

Most organisations don't set out to run their customer relationships across four systems. It happens gradually - a CRM bought years ago, a spreadsheet someone built to fill a gap, a service inbox, a reporting tool that pulls from all three and reconciles none of them. The cost shows up as duplicated admin, contested numbers and decisions made on stale data. Valto starts by working out what your organisation actually needs. Our consultants review your existing systems, processes and reporting before recommending a Dynamics 365 footprint — which applications, which licence types, and which existing tools can be retired. Sometimes the right answer is less Dynamics than you expected, supported by Power Platform. The result is a connected environment your teams use because it fits how they work, rather than an implementation that becomes another system people route around.

What can Valto implement?

Our consultants assess your processes, data and reporting requirements before recommending which Dynamics 365 applications fit - and which of your existing systems they can replace.

Sales and CRM

Manage leads, opportunities and customer relationships in one place, with pipeline visibility your sales team maintains because the process fits how they sell.

Customer service and case management

Track enquiries, cases and interactions through to resolution, with routing, SLAs and reporting that show where service time is actually going.

Legacy CRM replacement and data migration

Move from an ageing or unsupported CRM with your history intact. We handle data mapping, cleansing, migration and validation, and we're honest about what shouldn't come across.

System consolidation and licence rationalisation

Replace overlapping tools with a single connected platform, and reduce what you're paying for systems that do the same job twice.

Operational and project visibility

Bring data together across departments to improve reporting, resource planning and decision-making, connecting Dynamics to the operational systems around it.

Existing environment health checks

Inherited a Dynamics implementation that's underused, over-licensed or heavily customised? We assess what's there and give you a prioritised route forward.

Our Dynamics 365 services

Understand where Dynamics 365 can deliver value

Through structured discovery sessions, we review your existing systems, processes and business objectives to identify where Dynamics 365 can have the greatest impact. The result is a clear roadmap aligned to your priorities, users and long-term goals. This is also where we model licensing. Dynamics 365 licence types vary considerably in cost and capability, and getting the mix right at the outset is usually the difference between a platform that pays for itself and one that becomes a line-item people question.

Why work with our Dynamics 365 specialists?

Experienced Dynamics and Power Platform specialists

Work with consultants who understand Dynamics 365 alongside Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft 365, so recommendations aren't limited to what Dynamics alone can do.

Right-sized recommendations

We scope the footprint your organisation needs rather than the largest one available, including where Power Platform is the better answer than another Dynamics licence.

Licensing modelled and rationalised

We model licence types and volumes before implementation, and identify overlapping systems that can be retired.

Adoption treated as delivery, not an afterthought

Training, change management and rollout planning are part of the project, because a CRM nobody updates is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced.

Fixed and transparent scope

Our clearly defined proposals give you confidence in the approach, deliverables and cost before work begins.

Configuration over customisation

We build environments that stay supportable and upgradeable, rather than solving today's requirement in a way that constrains you in three years.

Common Dynamics challenges we solve

Expertise for the issues that make CRM projects difficult

Dynamics projects rarely fail on the technology. They struggle over data nobody wanted to clean, customisation that made sense at the time, and a rollout where the people expected to use it were told rather than involved. Our consultants surface these during discovery rather than allowing them to become problems after go-live. We help organisations address:

  • Customer data duplicated and contested across several systems
  • Legacy CRM data with years of inconsistency behind it
  • Licences bought for people who don't need that level of access
  • Heavy customisation that blocks upgrades and inflates support costs
  • Reporting that produces different numbers depending on who runs it

Turn Dynamics 365 capability into business value

Dynamics 365 provides the platform. Valto provides the expertise to apply it where it counts. Our consultants help organisations target investment at the outcomes the business is measured on.

We consolidate customer data into one source your teams and your reporting can both rely on, removing the reconciliation work that comes with several partial records.
Sales teams see and maintain an accurate pipeline because the process reflects how they actually sell, giving leadership forecasting they can act on.
Enquiries and cases are routed, tracked and measured, so response times improve and nothing sits unattended in a shared inbox.
Consolidating overlapping tools and matching licence types to actual usage frequently pays for a meaningful share of the implementation.
We connect Dynamics to Power Automate and the wider Power Platform, so updates, approvals and notifications happen without manual effort.
Copilot and agent-based automation depend on structured, governed, trustworthy data. Getting Dynamics right now is what makes that possible later.

Connected, across Microsoft

Dynamics 365 works best as part of a wider platform

Dynamics rarely sits on its own. It shares data with Microsoft 365, depends on Dataverse, is extended by Power Apps and Power Automate, surfaces through portals in Power Pages, and increasingly feeds Copilot. Valto brings together expertise across all of it. That allows our consultants to decide where a requirement is best met - a Dynamics licence, a Power App, an automation, or a change to a process - rather than defaulting to the one product in front of them. By aligning Dynamics with your data, automation and security, we help create a connected Microsoft platform that supports how the business runs today and is ready for what you adopt next.

Questions, answered plainly

Learn more about how Dynamics 365 can support your business objectives.

Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's suite of business applications designed to help organisations manage customer relationships, operations, service delivery and reporting from a connected platform.
We start with envisioning - reviewing your systems, processes and objectives to agree which applications and licence types you actually need. From there we design the solution, configure and implement it, migrate and validate your data, support training and rollout, then review and optimise once it's live.
A focused first phase covering one team or process can be live in a few months. Multi-application programmes involving significant data migration and integration take longer. We'd rather deliver a working first phase quickly than a complete implementation slowly, and we'll set out a realistic timeline before work begins.
There are two costs and we'll be clear about both. Licensing depends on which applications you need and which licence type each user requires - the range between types is significant. Implementation depends on scope, data condition and integration. We model both during envisioning, and we'll also identify existing systems that can be retired to offset the cost.
A fair question and one we'll answer honestly. Dynamics makes sense when you need mature, out-of-the-box sales, service or operational functionality. Where requirements are more specific, a Power Apps and Dataverse solution is often better value and easier to change. We'll tell you which applies to you, including when it means recommending less.
Usually, yes. We map your existing data, processes and integrations, then plan a migration that brings across what's genuinely useful. We'll also be direct about data that shouldn't be migrated - years of inconsistent records don't improve by moving platforms.
Yes. Dynamics shares data natively with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and the Power Platform, and we integrate with third-party and line-of-business systems through Power Automate, APIs and custom connectors.
