How do I get Microsoft Viva?

Certain elements of the overall Microsoft Viva collection of programs are available using a general Microsoft for business licence. For example, Viva Connections is included in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 enterprise plans like E3, E5 and F3. With these plans, Microsoft Viva Learning and Viva Insights are partially included.

To get full access to the entire Viva platform, you can subscribe to the Microsoft Viva Suite plan. This includes full access to Viva Topics as well as Viva Learning, Viva Connections and Viva Insights. The plan is currently priced at £6.80 per user per month (not including VAT). You can also purchase the individual modules separately on an individual basis.

How much does Microsoft Viva cost?

Access to the full Microsoft Viva employee engagement platform suite is currently priced at £6.80 per user per month, for access to all four modules. You can also purchase individual modules on their own; Microsoft Viva Learning, Insights and Topics are all available for £3 per user per month. Microsoft Viva with the Glint add-on for insights is currently priced at £9 per user per month.
