Do I need to renew Microsoft 365 every year?

Microsoft 365 is a subscription service, and business plans are billed on a monthly basis for an annual commitment. As your subscription expiry date nears, you’ll receive reminders and notifications in your Microsoft 365 account, or from your Microsoft partner. If you chose the recurring payment option on sign-up, your subscription will roll over and continue unless you choose to cancel it. If you don’t have recurring billing set up, you will need to either activate it or renew your subscription before expiry date in order to maintain access to the Microsoft 365 apps and cloud based services.

How much does Microsoft 365 cost?

Microsoft 365 pricing depends on which plan you choose. A wide choice of plans is available to suit different needs, with different features and usage limits. There are plans for education, business, enterprise and personal use. Business plans range from £3.80 (per user, per month) to £15.10 (per user, per month).
