Consultation and Planning
When we start on any migration process we begin with a consultation. Here we can assess your current structure in detail and discuss your requirements to get a full picture of the project. We can answer any questions you may have at this stage. From this, we can begin planning and produce quotes and timescales.
Setting Up Microsoft 365 Tenant
We will take care of all aspects of the project for you including the set up of your Microsoft 365 Tenant. All the set up and configuration will be taken care of with your requirements in mind
Migrating Email Data
We handle the migration process, securely transferring your email data from GoDaddy to Microsoft 365.
Once we have the plan and timescales in place and your new tenant is set up and correctly configured we will migrate your email data for you on an agreed date, securely transferring your data from GoDaddy to Microsoft 365.
Testing and Validation
Once the first data transfer is complete, we will work on testing and checks to ensure all your data has been successfully transferred across and is where is it supposed to be within your new Microsoft 365 Tennant.
Go-Live and Support
When we are happy that your data has been successfully migrated across to your new solution, we will switch your users to Microsoft 365 on a go-live date that has been agreed prior.
Any training that is required can be carried out before or after this date depending on what has been agreed in the project road map.
We will offer support post-migration for any queries that may arise, and can offer on going support packages for maintenance and support with your new solution moving forward. We offer both onsite and remote support options and our packages are flexible so that you can choose the best option for your business needs.
