The challenge

Shape Talent is a growing business, and with this expansion came the challenge of streamlining their onboarding process.

The traditional method of conducting 1-to-1 onboarding and training was no longer sustainable due to time constraints, as the team grew busier.

Their CEO, in particular, was feeling the strain of managing these tasks while focusing on other priorities. Shape Talent needed a system to automate and organise the onboarding experience for new hires, along with a repository that could double as an intranet for future resource management.

Shape Talent sought a SharePoint solution to efficiently manage pre-onboarding and onboarding activities while ensuring new hires could access all necessary resources and complete tasks independently.

They required a user-friendly system that could house all training content, task lists, and resources in one place, providing a structured learning journey for various roles within the organisation.

The solution
