We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with strong skills in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role includes development across the wider Power Platform and SharePoint (including SPFx, PnP, REST APIs), along with Azure integration, PowerShell automation, and solution scoping. A key part of the role is mentoring junior developers and supporting their growth within the Valto team.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate. 

• Build solutions on Dataverse and integrate with external and Microsoft APIs. 

• Develop and enhance SharePoint solutions (SPFx, PnP, REST APIs). 

• Work with Azure services including DevOps and Logic Apps to support scalable cloud solutions. 

• Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint solutions with Azure for extended capability. 

• Use PowerShell for automation, configuration, and maintenance scripts. 

• Apply Power Platform ALM practices across environments and tenants. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and shape solutions. 

• Conduct scoping and business analysis to align solutions with objectives. 

• Mentor and support junior developers; promote best practices and coding standards. 

• Maintain awareness of new technologies and emerging capabilities. 

Person Specification

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or strong portfolio demonstrating capability. 

• Demonstrable experience in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate. 

• Expertise in SharePoint development (SPFx, PnP, REST APIs). 

• Strong understanding of Azure development (DevOps, Logic Apps). 

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting. 

• Ideally working towards or willing to attain: 

• PL-900 

• PL-200 

• PL-400 

• PL-600 

• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members. 

Skills: 

• 3–5 years Model-Driven App experience. 

• Deep understanding of Power Platform components and capabilities. 

• Proficient with REST APIs and PowerShell. 

• Strong SharePoint development capability (SPFx, PnP). 

• Strong Azure knowledge for cloud-based development. 

• Clear communicator with ability to mentor and guide others. 

• Confident conducting scoping and business analysis for solutions.

Salary

The package on offer is depending on experience with up to 10% bonus
