Microsoft 365 offers a suite of powerful tools designed to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Two such tools, SharePoint and Power Apps, can be integrated to create dynamic and interactive solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Begin by accessing the SharePoint site where you intend to embed the PowerApps. Whether it’s a team site, communication site, or any other SharePoint environment, ensure you have appropriate permissions to edit pages and add web parts.
Once you’re on the desired SharePoint page, click on the “Edit” button to enter the page editing mode. Then, locate the area where you want to embed the PowerApps. Click on the “Add a web part” option to open the web part toolbox.
In the toolbox, search for “PowerApps” and select the “PowerApps” web part from the available options. This action adds the PowerApps web part to your SharePoint page.
With the PowerApps web part added to your SharePoint page, it's time to integrate your custom application. Open PowerApps Studio, by either going to www.office.com and select the app launcher at the top left corner, then selecting Power Apps. You can also go straight to the studio by clicking here Once you've identified the canvas app you wish to embed, click on "More details" to access additional options. Within the details pane, locate the "Web Link" option. This link serves as the connection between your PowerApps app and the SharePoint page. Return to the SharePoint page where you added the PowerApps web part. Click on the gear icon within the PowerApps web part to access its settings. In the settings pane, locate the option to specify the app's web link. Paste the web link obtained from PowerApps Studio into the designated field within the PowerApps web part settings. This establishes the connection between your canvas app and the SharePoint page.
After pasting the web link, ensure that the PowerApps web part is sized and positioned appropriately within the SharePoint page layout. You can resize and adjust the web part to fit seamlessly within the page design, ensuring optimal user experience.
Once you’ve configured the PowerApps web part and ensured proper sizing and placement, it’s time to publish your SharePoint page. Click on the “Publish” button to make your changes visible to other users accessing the page.
