As a Project Manager, you’ll deliver multiple customer projects focused on Microsoft 365 migrations and Modern Work adoption. You’ll coordinate with technical consultants and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to agreed standards. 

Typical projects include: 

• Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations 
• Azure migration workstreams 
• Intune and security uplift projects 
• SharePoint adoption and intranet builds 
• Copilot readiness and rollout programs

Job Role and Responsibilities

This is an Operational Project Management role focused on governance, coordination, stakeholder management, adoption/change, and delivery assurance – rather than hands-on technical configuration. You will work closely with Microsoft technical consultants, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure migrations and Modern Work programmes are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget, and to agreed quality standards.

This role suits a Project Manager who enjoys structured delivery, understands the risks and dependencies inherent in Microsoft migration and workplace transformation, and is confident managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines. 

Migration Delivery & Modern Work Adoption 

• Lead planning and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and Modern Work projects 
• Build and maintain customer-facing migration plans 
• Identify and manage dependencies, critical paths, and cutover activities 
• Maintain RAID logs focused on delivery, business continuity, and user disruption 
• Monitor planned vs actual hours; escalate risks as needed 

Governance & Change Management 

• Ensure delivery lifecycle and governance controls are followed 
• Support in the coordination e communication plans for stakeholders 
• Manage change control for out-of-scope requests 
• Chair milestone meetings and capture lessons learned 

Stakeholder & Customer Management 

• Act as primary contact for customers during migration and Modern Work phases. 
• Set and manage expectations around timelines, testing, comms, and adoption goals. 
• Communicate priorities and constraints clearly; escalate as appropriate. 
• Manage customer concerns related to delivery and operational execution. 

Operational & Team Support 

• Provide day-to-day operational support to technical delivery teams 
• Ensure tasks are reviewed and updated during standups/scrums 
• Push back on unplanned work that bypasses agreed plans 
• Support mitigation planning for resource or timeline conflicts 

Person Specification

We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on managing multiple projects, translating technical delivery into clear customer outcomes. You don’t need to be hands-on technical, but you must understand the delivery implications of technical decisions (e.g., Teams governance, SharePoint site structures, cutover strategies) to ensure projects run smoothly and meet business objectives. 

Skills and Experience

Essential: 

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively 
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Modern Work principles 
• PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certifications 

Desirable: 

• Background in PMO, consultancy, or professional services 
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects from a project/adoption perspective 
• Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva enablement and basic governance 
• Familiarity with security baselines for collaboration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender) 
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and data migrations (Exchange 
• Online, OneDrive/SharePoint data, identity/domain considerations, cutover, and hypercare)

Salary

The package on offer is depending on experience with up to 10% bonus
