A working session with your team to map users, processes, data and security. Every feature is marked as essential, recommended or optional, so you choose the scope. You get: a fixed-price plan, with licensing costs modelled.
Stage two: Delivery
1Design & build and testing & sign-off
We start with detailed wireframes and the security model, built from the workshop plan, for you to sign off. Following sign off, we build and connect the portal, with regular demos so you see progress as it happens.
2Testing and sign off
After we've built the solution and have checked it ourselves, your own users test the portal before it goes live, and you sign it off.
